Competition rules: The competition is open to any primary class in the UK (children up to maximum age of 11). More than one entry per school can be submitted, but each class may only submit one entry. There is no charge for entering this competition and no purchase is necessary. Entries can be received up to midnight on Friday 25th November. Entries should be posted to Lessons on a Plate Ltd, 19 Nelson Street, Hereford, HR1 2NZ or sent by email to competition@lessonsonaplate.co.uk Entries must include the name, address and phone number of the school entering the competition, the name of the class and class teacher. Please note that entries sent by post will not be returned. Entries in the medium of film should be no longer than 3 minutes and must be sent as uncompressed .mov or .avi files. Music can be recorded as a live performance and submitted as for film, or music files should be submitted as .aiff or best quality .mp3 files. There will be three prizes awarded: most persuasive, most original and funniest entry. The prizes will be a copy of ‘Snacks: Fun French for Kids‘ AND a copy of ‘Snacks: Fun Spanish for Kids’ for each school which submits a winning entry. If schools already own the software, alternative prizes will be offered but no cash alternative. This competition is being organised and run by Lessons on a Plate Ltd, 19 Nelson Street, Hereford, HR1 2NZ. Winners will be notified on or before 9 December 2011. Prizes will be distributed in January 2012. The winning entries will be published on the Lessons on a Plate Ltd website (www.lessonsonaplate.co.uk).The judges’ decision is final.
